I Need To Know

I need to know Your wisdom

And I need to know Your Word

I need to know Your will for me

So let Your voice be heard

Speak to me and tell me LORD

What You would have me do

Until I see Your glory shine

And go to be with You

I need to know You hear me

When I come to You in prayer

I'm asking You to help me LORD

To destroy the devil's snare

I need You to forgive me

For the wrongs that I have done

And sanctify me through the blood

Of Jesus Christ Your Son

I know my days are numbered

And they're coming to and end

And when I die I pray that I

Will someday live again

In the kingdom of my Father's love

Who is waiting there for me

Where I will live and reign with Christ

For all eternity

I need to know your mercy

And I need to know Your grace

I need to know before I go

My sins have been erased

I need You to create in me

A humble heart today

So that I can be released from guilt

Through Christ on judgment day

I need to know the love You've shown

For all humanity

When You offered up Your only Son

To die on Calvary

How can we repay You

For all that You have done

To save the world from lawlessness

Through Jesus Christ Your Son

I know my days are numbered

And They're coming to and end

And when I die I pray that I 

Will someday live again

In the kingdom of my Father's love

Who is waiting there for me

Where I will live and reign with Christ

For all eternity

In the place prepared for me
