A Child Of The King
If I don't have the LORD then I don't have anything

If I am not His child then I am nothing at all

And if I choose to walk away and turn my back on Him

I will be lost in sin if I don't have the LORD

But if I have the King then I have everything

Because I am His child my spirit will always sing

Because of His love for me He suffered on Calvary

To redeem me as a child of the King

As a child of the King I'm bound for glory

As a child of the King I am wrapped in His love

As a child of the King why should I worry

My sins are covered by the Savior's blood

If I say that I love the LORD but I don't obey His law

Then I am deceived by sin and there's no truth in me

But if I confess my sins and give them all to Him

I will live again for all eternity

Because of my love for Christ I will obey His law

And I will confess my sins and He will forgive

Then my Father will pardon me for my iniquity

And forevermore with Jesus I will live

As a child of the King I'm bound for glory

As a child of the King I am wrapped in His love

As a child of the King why should I worry
