A Child Of The King
If I don't have the LORD, then I don't have anything

If I am not His child, then I am nothing at all

And if I choose to walk away, and turn my back on Him

I will be lost in sin, if I don't have the LORD

But if I have the King, then I have everything

Because I am His child, my spirit will always sing

Because of His love for me, He suffered on Calvary

To redeem me as a child of the King

As a child of the King, I'm bound for glory

As a child of the King, I am wrapped in His love

As a child of the King, why should I worry

My sins are covered by the Saviour's blood

If I say that I love the LORD, but I don't obey His law

Then I am deceived by sin, and there's no truth in me

But if I confess my sins, and give them all to Him

I will live again for all eternity

Because of my love for Christ, I will obey His law

And I will confess my sins, and He will forgive

Then my Father will pardon me for my iniquity

And forevermore with Jesus I will live

As a child of the King, I'm bound for glory
