Beauty From Ashes

There's beauty from ashes

Heartache and grief

And only through Jesus

Can we find relief

From the pain and the sorrow

Inflicted by sin

There'll be beauty from ashes

When Christ comes again

In the blood of the Lamb

Who came down from heaven

To redeem fallen man

From eternal destruction

Through the wages of sin

There'll be beauty from ashes

When Christ comes again

There is righteousness by faith in Christ

And there's victory over sin

If we confess our lawlessness

And give our hearts to Him

He is faithful to forgive

The wrongs that we have done

Because of what God did for us

Through Jesus Christ His Son

There's beauty from ashes

And eternal life

But only through Jesus

And His sacrifice

Is there hope for the hopeless

Who are afflicted by sin

There'll be beauty from ashes

When Christ comes again

There's beauty from ashes

For those who love God

And keep His commandments

And are washed in His blood

There'll be joy everlasting

When we see His face

Knowing we are forgiven

Through His mercy, love and grace

We are forgiven
