To God be the glory

I Want To Be A Wheat

I want to be a wheat, I don't want to be a tare

I want to live my life for Jesus Christ, and those that I hold dear

I want to glorify Yahweh, in all I do and say

Let my sins atone through Christ alone

For there is no other way

I want to be a wheat, for wheat are heaven bound

And although they grow up with the tares

They'll be saved when they're cut down

In the storehouse of Yahweh, they will gather on that day

To worship there without the tares, who will die and pass away

I want to be a wheat, I don't want to be a tare

Because tares will only make me cry, when harvest time is here

When the angels come to reap, they will separate the wheat

And they'll cast the tares into the fire

That burns with fervent heat

I want to be a wheat, I don't want to be a tare

I want to serve Yahweh again today, with humility and fear

I want to learn and understand, all that He commands

For the law of YAH was sealed with His blood

When they crucified the Lamb

I want to be a wheat, I don't want to be a tare

I want to hear YAH say well done my son, but I don't want to hear

Him say depart I never knew you, you who work iniquity

You did not confess your lawlessness

So you have no place with me

I want to be a wheat, I don't want to be a tare

I want to love the LORD with all my heart

And do what He holds dear

So I will not pick and choose, the birthday of Tammuz

As the day that Jesus Christ was born, I will worship Him in truth

I want to be a wheat, I don't want to be a tare

I want to work out my salvation, with trembling and with fear

I want the LORD of life to be, in his covenant with me

And to write His laws upon my heart, for all eternity

Yeshua, write Your laws upon my heart for all eternity

I want to be a wheat

To God be the glory

The Parable of the Weeds

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat
into my barn.
